Service Description

We are excited that you are considering becoming certified in the Lenae Release Method for Kids. This online curriculum was created for parents, teachers, and others in the childcare industry to teach a group of kids to move their emotions through and out of the body. The Lenae Release Method is the technique that we use in our classes to guide participants through releasing emotions stored in their body to help reduce stress and anxieties and improve their well-being. This curriculum is still being developed, so stay tuned!
