We are thrilled to launch our first professional certification program starting March 11th, 2026. Over the past few years, many have expressed interest in learning our unique approach to emotional release through movement. Now, we invite you to join our inaugural cohort of certified providers. For our Pilot Program, we are offering this 12-week training for 45% off, usually starting at $900, but for our first training offering it at $500. This 3-month certification program will equip you with the skills to guide clients through body-centered emotional release work, combining therapeutic movement with proven techniques for processing and releasing stored emotions. Program Highlights: 9 hours of live virtual training 6 hours of group mentorship Experience a 12-week workshop implementing the curriculum Unlimited coaching throughout the 12-week certification program Quarterly group coaching support throughout your first year Wednesday evening live sessions virtually Dates: March 11th - May 27th 2026 Limited to 20 participants Upon completion, you'll be certified to: Offer body-centered approaches within your existing scope of practice/licensure Teach movement classes focused on healing and community Provide experiences addressing stress, anxiety, and depression Guide clients through the emotional release process Through this certification, you will be able to independently teach the Lenae Release Method (LRM) to your clients and will be able to fully guide your clients through their body engagement experience. A Certified LRM provider will not be certified to teach the in-depth theory of the method but will focus on how to support their clients through the emotion release process.
