We are thrilled to launch our first professional certification program starting May 13, 2026. Over the past few years, many have expressed interest in learning our unique approach to emotional release through movement. Now, we invite you to join our inaugural cohort of certified providers. Pilot Cohort: ● 12 Live online sessions: Wednesdays 7–8:30pm ET beginning May 13th- July 29th, 2026 ● Breakout sessions every other week to refine your skills and discuss how it applies to your work ● Investment: $500 Pilot Cohort rate (Standard certification: $900) What to expect: ● Guided movement practices and somatic exercises ● Journaling and group reflection ● Choice-based participation: you may modify, pause, or step away at any time ●This training is educational, not psychotherapy ● As a pilot cohort, participants help inform the evolution of future trainings This training may be a good fit if you: ● Work professionally with clients, students, children, or groups ● Value consent, body autonomy, and inclusive language ● Can attend most or all live sessions virtually Limited to 20 participants Upon completion, you'll be certified to: Offer body-centered approaches within your existing scope of practice/licensure Teach movement classes focused on healing and community Provide experiences addressing stress, anxiety, and depression Guide clients through the emotional release process Through this certification, you will be able to independently teach the Lenae Release Method (LRM) to your clients and will be able to fully guide your clients through their body engagement experience. A Certified LRM provider will not be certified to teach the in-depth theory of the method but will focus on how to support their clients through the emotion release process. This is a live, synchronous pilot program for professionals interested in embodied, somatic, and movement-based approaches to emotional release and reconnection with the body.
